Profile:
Nancy Bonnett began her practice in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation with the firm in 1986. She is admitted to practice in both Arizona and Colorado. Nancy represents a variety of clients in the employee benefits area including corporations, governments, Native American tribes and nonprofit organizations. Nancy has written numerous articles for publication and is a frequent lecturer for the American Law Institute, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and numerous other business and professional organizations. Nancy is a member of several legal and employee benefits organizations including the American Bar Association (Section of Taxation) and is a past president of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference. She also has served in leadership roles in numerous civic organizations. She is past president of Valley of the Sun Kiwanis and a former member of the board of directors of Valley Leadership. Nancy has been selected by her peers to be recognized in "Best Lawyers" and "Arizona's Finest Lawyers". She has also been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings with its highest rating, “AV Preeminent”.
